especially those with decent reps and known for consistently resolving issues fairly. Not specifically pointing to this poster, but many get online here and blast the crap out of them before contacting them. It's understandable that an individual is upset and wants immediate action, but sometimes it's good to take a couple of deep breaths, step back and call them directly after you've regained your composure. I have to admit I wouldn't be nearly as pleasant in resolving a misunderstanding with a customer if I'm pulling burrs out of my ass from the dirt dragging. My hats off to them!
